Eyes of Tirana, Mixed-use tower block in central Tirana, Albania
The Eyes of Tirana reaches 130 meters into the sky with 24 floors of aluminum-clad facades and integrated structural cells.
Construction of this major urban development project began in 2017 after receiving approval through Tirana's comprehensive master planning process.
The building integrates living spaces, offices, and retail areas across three distinct sections, reflecting modern Albanian urban design principles.
The structure contains 63,500 square meters of space divided between a main tower and a ten-story auxiliary building.
Two large glass atriums shaped like eyes pierce through the building, creating natural light wells and inspiring its name.
