Eyes of Tirana

Eyes of Tirana is a modern tower with 24 stories and aluminum facades located in central Tirana. The complex combines a main tower with a ten-story building and provides space for homes, offices, and shops.

The building began construction in 2017 as a major urban development project after approval through Tirana's master plan. Its completion marked a turning point in how the city center was rebuilt with modern structures.

The building combines housing, offices, and shops in a way that shapes how modern Tirana looks and functions. Visitors immediately notice how different parts of daily life happen together in this single structure.

The tower is centrally located and easy to reach on foot. Entry points are at street level, making both residential and shopping areas accessible and visible from the outside.

Two large glass atriums shaped like eyes cut through the building and create natural light wells that inspired its name. This striking design feature is the first thing visitors notice when approaching the structure.
