Mirador de las Salinas

Mirador de las Salinas is an interpretative center with exhibits about local plants and wildlife in Boquerón. A three-story observation tower offers views across salt flats and mangrove forests.

Plan to make reservations ahead of your visit to ensure entry. The center opens Thursday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Sundays from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

This location sits along a major bird migration corridor where you can watch numerous species in their natural salt pan habitat. Its position makes it a gathering spot for bird watchers during migration seasons.
