Cap Estel

Cap Estel is a luxury hotel occupying a private peninsula near Èze with five acres of land, two swimming pools, gardens, and twenty accommodations overlooking the Mediterranean. The property features stepped terraces descending toward the shoreline, designed to blend with the natural slope.

The building was constructed in 1898 as a summer residence for a Russian aristocrat and was converted into a hotel in 1950. Major renovations took place between 2001 and 2004, updating the property for modern guests.

The restaurant prepares Mediterranean dishes using vegetables grown in the hotel's gardens, following cooking traditions of the region. Meals here reflect how locals have long cooked with fresh produce from their own land.

The hotel is located about 35 minutes from Nice airport and 10 minutes from Monaco's heliport. This convenient positioning makes it practical for travelers arriving by airplane or helicopter.

The property maintains a private cinema, tennis court, and billiards room, offering guests rare leisure options in this setting. These facilities originally belonged to the aristocratic residence and have been preserved.
