Playa de Troya

Playa de Troya is a sand beach in Costa Adeje with dark volcanic sand and access to Atlantic waters. The shoreline stretches for a considerable length and features calm water suitable for swimming.

The beach became part of Costa Adeje's transformation in the 1960s when the region shifted from fishing to tourism. This change shaped the coastal area and led to the modern facilities you see today.

This is where visitors and local people come together to swim and relax by the water. You will see both tourists and residents spending their days on the sand, especially during warmer months.

You can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and use showers and footbaths along the beach. The waterfront promenade has many restaurants and shops within easy reach.

The beach is divided into two sections that each offer different experiences for visitors. This layout allows different groups to find their preferred area.
