Jezioro Chomęcickie Plaża

Jezioro Chomęcickie Plaża is a sand beach on Lake Chomęcickie in Chomęcice, Poland. It features marked swimming zones with red and yellow buoys, separate areas for non-swimmers and experienced swimmers, changing rooms, portable toilets, volleyball courts, and a children's playground.

The lake area was transformed from agricultural land into a recreational destination, becoming a primary swimming site for people from nearby communities. This shift created a new leisure space for the local population.

During summer, the beach becomes a gathering place where locals participate in volleyball and water activities together. This social use shows how the site serves as a focal point for community connection and recreation.

A lifeguard is on duty from June through the end of August, providing safety supervision during peak season. Visitors should check the buoy markings to find their appropriate swimming area and make use of the facilities available.

The northern shore features the sandy beach section, while the opposite bank known as Wypalanki offers wooden shelters and stone-bottom water access. Exploring this less-visited area gives visitors a different perspective on the lakeside.
