Praia 37

Praia 37 is an Atlantic beach in Espinho with a broad sandy area and regular waves that make it suitable for swimming throughout the year. The shoreline offers plenty of space for various beach activities and bathing.

The beach got its name from Espinho's numbered street system, which was created in the 1870s when the town was being organized with a planned layout. This naming system reflected the modern urban development of that period.

Lifeguards are on duty from June through September to help swimmers stay safe. You can rent chairs, umbrellas, and water sports equipment during the main beach season.

A pedestrian pathway decorated with maritime-themed tiles connects the beach directly to the municipal museum nearby. This decorative walk makes the journey between the two locations feel like part of the experience.
