Playa de los Molinos

The beach stretches along the Valparaiso reservoir in the Sierra de la Culebra mountains, providing sandy areas and dense oak tree zones for shade.

The beach development followed the construction of the Valparaiso reservoir, which transformed the local landscape and created new recreational opportunities in Zamora province.

The surrounding village of Villardeciervos received historical-artistic recognition in 1987 for its traditional Carballesa rural architecture and regional heritage elements.

The beach features parking areas, dining tables, a restaurant-bar serving regional dishes, and facilities for water activities including kayaking and paddle surfing.

This inland beach connects to Cional beach through a 4-kilometer natural path that winds between oak trees and reservoir views.
