Ebi

Ebi is a small bronze figure located among residential buildings in the eastern district of Wrocław, adding character to the streetscape through its miniature form. The figure sits in an ordinary neighborhood setting along ul. 8 Maja within a residential area.

The figure was installed in December 2019 and continued the tradition of placing dwarf statues across Wrocław, which started as a commemoration of resistance movements. This practice grew into an artistic tradition that shaped different parts of the city.

Ebi belongs to a collection of small bronze figures throughout Wrocław that represent everyday life and local character. The figures form part of a grassroots art movement visible across the district's streets.

The statue sits in a quiet residential area that is easy to reach on foot, making it convenient for a casual stroll nearby. The location is accessible at any time since it is an outdoor installation in public space.

The figure is part of a network of more than 300 dwarf figures that grew organically over years across the entire city. Each figure was created by artists and residents who brought their own stories and details to the collection.
