The garden welcomes visitors daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offering free street parking and multiple walking paths connecting to downtown attractions.
A 37-foot-tall Chinese pavilion stands atop a bridge crossing a pond with waterfalls that cascade into the Des Moines River.
