"it's a small world"

It's a Small World is a boat ride through Fantasyland where visitors board white boats to navigate through multiple chambers. Each room displays more than 280 animated dolls dressed in traditional clothing representing different nations and cultures.

This attraction originated at the 1964 New York World's Fair where it was first built as a UNICEF pavilion. Afterward it was installed in Disney parks around the world.

The dolls wear traditional costumes representing different countries and sing the theme song together in multiple languages including English, French, and Arabic. The music was created to feel recognizable across different cultural contexts.

The ride moves boats continuously through the space, efficiently handling large numbers of guests and lasting around 15 minutes total. Access is straightforward with efficient loading platforms designed for smooth operations.

Each scene contains detailed miniature replicas of world-famous landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Taj Mahal, and Great Wall of China. These small recreations show familiar places in surprisingly realistic detail.
