Zeppelinfeld, Historic site in the eastern part of Nuremberg, Germany.

The Zeppelinfeld covers an area measuring 312 by 285 meters with a main grandstand extending 360 meters wide, designed by architect Albert Speer and constructed between 1935 and 1936 using stone tribunes.

Built as the central venue for Nazi Party mass rallies between 1933 and 1938, the site served as the backdrop for propaganda demonstrations and speeches delivered by Adolf Hitler during the Reich Party Congresses.

The Zeppelinfeld represents Nazi monumental architecture inspired by the Pergamon Altar and Roman Colosseum, exemplifying the regime's use of architecture as a tool for ideological indoctrination and mass mobilization displays.

The site operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and weekends from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, now hosting sporting events and concerts while serving as a memorial space.

The famous 'Cathedral of Light' created in 1936 employed 160 searchlights arranged around the field to form impressive light beams that illuminated the night sky during Nazi rally spectacles.
