Karasín is a 28.2-metre observation tower on the slope of Přední skála at 704 m above sea level, east of the village of Karasín near Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The square-plan tower is built of split concrete blocks, with a single viewing platform at 25 m reached by 128 steps.

Construction of the tower began on 15 February 2002 and it was officially opened on 25 May 2002. It was designed by Petr Štorek, a project engineer from Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, and built as part of a sports and rehabilitation complex on the slope of Přední skála.

The tower stands in the sport and rehabilitation complex above Karasín, and a buffet opens beneath it in good weather, with a children's playground nearby. The red hiking trail from the village leads to it, and the lookout is also reachable by bike or car.

A red-marked hiking trail leads from Karasín village to the tower; cyclists and drivers can reach it directly and park on site. The nearest train station is Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, about 7 km away. The tower is open year-round and has a barrier-free access route.

On exceptionally clear days the view reaches the Alpine Schneeberg, and four other lookout towers can be spotted from the platform: Babylon, Horní les, Milenka and Babí lom. The tower stands at 704 m on the slope of Přední skála, within the Svratecká hornatina nature park.
