Nile House

Nile House is an office building in Prague distinguished by an elongated glass cube design with granite stone exterior, situated along the Vltava River in the business district. The six-level structure provides around 19,000 square meters of office space, underground parking, and direct connections to public transportation.

The building was completed in 2005 as the second structure in the Riverside Karlín development project, transforming a former industrial area into a modern office complex. This development marked a turning point in reshaping the neighborhood from a factory landscape into a contemporary business center.

The building represents the transformation of Karlín, where old industrial sites gave way to modern office spaces that define the neighborhood and reflect the city's evolving architecture.

The building is easily accessible by public transportation and provides ample parking for vehicles. Visitors should note that this is a private office complex and access to visitor areas may be restricted.
