Sky Walk is an observation tower made of steel and larch wood, rising 55 meters and situated at 1,116 meters above sea level. The structure offers views of the Orlické Mountains and Jeseníky Mountains, with multiple viewing platforms at different heights.
The tower was designed by architect Zdeněk Fránek and opened in 2015 as part of tourism development in the Moravian region. Its construction marked a turning point for infrastructure growth in the area.
The structure uses regional larch wood, connecting local building traditions with modern design. This choice of material shows how the place bridges old craftsmanship and contemporary architecture.
Visitors can reach the tower by taking the Sněžník chairlift or by following marked hiking trails, with access available year-round. The facility remains open in all seasons, making it easy to plan a visit.
The tower features a 100-meter spiral slide with windows that lets visitors enjoy views as they descend. An additional suspended net walkway provides another thrilling way to experience the height.
