Rafferty Stadium is a multipurpose sports facility in Fairfield, Connecticut designed to host athletic events and competitions. It features a synthetic playing surface, professional lighting, and seating capacity for approximately 3500 spectators.

Rafferty Stadium opened on February 2, 2015, on the campus of Fairfield University, named for alumnus Larry Rafferty, whose leadership gift funded it; the field honors alumnus Tim Conway. On March 21, 2015, President Jeffrey P. von Arx S.J. dedicated and blessed the venue as the Stags beat Manhattan and Villanova. In April 2015 it hosted the Colonial Athletic Association Men's Lacrosse Championship.

The stadium is home to the Fairfield Stags men's and women's lacrosse teams. It has hosted the Colonial Athletic Association Men's Lacrosse Championship in 2015 and Major League Lacrosse games, including a 2016 semifinal. The President's Suite holds an original painting by sports artist Stephen Holland.

The facility includes team rooms, food service areas, restrooms, and a main entrance plaza designed for easy visitor navigation. These amenities help make a game day visit straightforward and convenient for attendees.
