Wilshire Regent, Residential skyscraper in Westwood, Los Angeles, United States.

Wilshire Regent is a modern residential tower with 23 floors containing 208 units along the Wilshire Corridor in Westwood. The structure stands approximately 92 meters tall and shapes the neighborhood's skyline.

The residential building was completed in 1963 when it ranked as the fifth tallest structure in Los Angeles. It also held the distinction of being the highest building in the Westwood district at that time.

The building gained recognition through its appearance in the film 'In Like Flint' and the novel 'Stranger at Home' by George Sanders.

The building sits on Wilshire Boulevard and is easy to spot from the street in this developed area. However, it is not open to the public as it is a private residential property.

The architectural design by Bernhard Cardan positions the building to offer views from upper floors across Bel Air hills, Century City, and the UCLA campus. This expansive sightline from this location was a notable achievement during its construction era.
