Skyhouse Nashville is a 25-story residential tower with 352 apartments and ground-floor retail space in downtown Nashville. The building combines housing with commercial functions in a central location.

The project started in 2015 through a partnership between Atlanta-based developers Novare Group and Batson-Cook Development. Its completion marked a shift in the neighborhood's residential high-rise development.

The building sits in Music Row, where recording studios and music companies operate daily. Residents can walk to venues and industry offices, making the city's music center directly accessible.

The building features a rooftop pool, fitness center, and shared social spaces for residents. Its central location allows easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues.

The tower rises at the corner of 17th Avenue South and Broadway, a junction on the western edge of downtown Nashville. Its 352 rental units sit above 10,600 sq ft of ground-level retail space, so shops and restaurants occupy the base of the building itself.
