The venue is fully covered, with a roof over both the stage and the seating area. It is owned by the city of Huber Heights and operated by Music and Event Management of Cincinnati.
The venue opened in 2015 as part of a community development project aimed at expanding entertainment options in the Dayton area. This establishment reflected the region's effort to build cultural gathering spaces for residents.
