Embry-Riddle Observatory is a facility located on a university building rooftop in Daytona Beach that houses a large optical telescope and several smaller viewing instruments. The equipment allows detailed observation of stars, planets, and other celestial objects throughout the night.

The observatory began in a 15-foot Technical Innovations Pro-Dome between the Lehman Engineering Building and a campus creek, then called Embry-Riddle Creekside Observatory. In 2012 the university broke ground on the 140,000 sq-ft College of Arts and Sciences building, which included a 30.5-foot Ash Dome on its roof. When the building was completed, the telescopes were moved there and a new 1-meter Ritchey-Chrétien telescope was installed in June 2014.

The observatory's name recalls its first home, the Creekside Observatory, a 15-foot Pro-Dome set between the Lehman Engineering Building and a campus creek. Today its public open house viewing nights are held roughly once a month during the spring and fall semesters, when the rooftop domes and veranda piers are opened for sky viewing.

Visitors should plan to attend public events that occur on certain evenings during the academic calendar. It helps to bring warm clothing since observation happens on an exposed rooftop.

The 1-metre Ritchey–Chrétien reflector is the largest optical telescope in Florida, not merely one of the largest. Its 250 kg astrosital mirror was made by DFM Engineering, and the whole instrument sits on a four-storey steel truss isolated from the building by a one-inch gap and foam pads.
