Enchanted Island Amusement Park covers 7.5 acres in the middle of Encanto Park, a 222-acre city park in Phoenix, Arizona. It holds nine rides, among them the Encanto Carousel, the C.P. Huntington Train, the Dragon Wagon kiddie coaster, a Parachute Tower with six umbrellas, and a seasonal Splash Zone. A pale yellow archway sign on a green post, topped by a cartoon alligator in a white hat, marks the entrance.

Enchanted Island opened in 1946 as Kiddieland in the middle of Encanto Park. In 1986 the City of Phoenix closed it for major renovations and sold off many rides, including the Allan Herschell Carousel. Residents raised funds to restore that carousel, which was re-dedicated in 1991 when the park reopened as Enchanted Island Amusement Park.
