175 West Broadway is a red brick building in Tribeca, between Worth and Leonard Streets. Its ground level has a storefront with large windows and a glass door, above which a sign reads "new york design ARCHITECTS.LLP" with smaller text for architecture, project management and interior design. The upper facade has three rows of three tall arched windows with dark frames, brick arches with decorative keystones, and a black metal fire escape on the left side.

Scott & Umbach, an architecture firm from Newark, New Jersey, designed this polychromatic brick building in 1877 as a rental property for the heirs of Jerome B. King, a manufacturer of plaster and cement products. It was occupied for many years by Harwood & Son, makers of awnings and other canvas goods. The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission designated it a city landmark on November 12, 1991.

The structure received landmark designation in 1991, marking its contribution to Manhattan's architectural heritage and Tribeca's neighborhood character.
