One University Circle is a 20-story residential building with curved architecture and floor-to-ceiling windows on most sides. From its location near Martin Luther King Jr Drive, the tower overlooks Lake Erie and Cleveland's downtown skyline.

One University Circle stands on the former site of the Children's Museum of Cleveland, which occupied the block before the tower was built. When it was completed, it became the first high-rise apartment building finished in Cleveland in more than 40 years. The project brought 280 apartments to Euclid Avenue, a short block from the Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University.
