Hang Kasturi Mausoleum

Hang Kasturi Mausoleum is a historic burial site in Jonker Walk featuring a two-tiered structure supported by eight short pillars, each with triangular decorative patterns, and a gateway displaying Jawi script inscriptions. The site sits among other temples and religious structures in this historic quarter of the city.

The mausoleum was built over 550 years ago as the burial place of one of five legendary warriors who served the Sultan of Malacca in the 15th century. It preserves the memory of an important period in local military history and the royal court.
