Wisma Sanyan is a skyscraper in Sibu with a stepped profile: a rounded, glass-clad section on the left and a flat, white-clad section on the right. The left section has horizontal bands of greenish-blue reflective glass; the right has vertical rows of small square windows, stacked projecting ledges high on the facade, and horizontal white bands near the top. Four dark Chinese characters sit near the roof on the right facade, and a cluster of thin white columns rings the tower near the top of the rounded section.

The building was completed in the early 2000s and represented a turning point for Sibu's urban development from horizontal sprawl to vertical growth. It became an early example of high-rise construction in the region and changed how the city expanded.

The name appears in three scripts: Wisma Sanyan in Malay, 三洋大厦 in Chinese, and the Jawi form ويسما سنيان. Four dark Chinese characters sit near the roof on the white facade. The mall inside occupies five levels with 14,350 square metres of retail space, anchored by Parkson.

The complex is easily accessible from the street and offers clear navigation through its retail and office sections. Visitors should note that this is primarily a working building with regular business hours for its various departments.

Each September, BASE jumpers leap from the top of Wisma Sanyan and land in Sibu Town Square below, an event organised by the Sibu Tourism Task Force Group with technical support from Australian and Malaysian jumpers. The building also hosts the Sibu Tower Run, first held in March 2017, whose final leg climbs 627 staircase steps.
