Construction of the temple began in 2004 following a private vision and reached completion in 2009. The project reflects the importance of Chinese religious spaces in the region.
The temple brings together three belief systems: Buddhism, Confucianism, and Taoism. Visitors encounter statues of Buddha, Chinese deities, and spiritual figures arranged throughout the different halls.
The temple sits along the Sibu-Bintulu Road and offers a restaurant and lodging for visitors. The site is easy to reach and provides basic facilities for a comfortable stay.
The grounds feature a Chinese zodiac garden and an area dedicated to the 7 Heavenly Sisters. A decorative lotus wall sculpture stands as a notable artistic element throughout the complex.
