Melaka Toy Museum (Muzium Mainan Melaka) occupies a single-storey bungalow in Bukit Baru, with a Hulk figure standing on the roof above the main entrance. Inside, more than 10,000 objects are displayed, mixing vintage toys with contemporary movie figures from Star Wars, Batman, Ultraman, Pokémon and Doraemon. Some pieces were bought in shops in Malacca and Kuala Lumpur, others online or donated by visitors.

The museum opened in 2009 along Jonker Walk, then moved in October 2011 to a single-storey bungalow in Bukit Baru because the original site sat at the back of a building and carried a high rent. It is the second toy museum to open in Malaysia, after the Penang Toy Museum.

The museum is a private collection assembled since 2009, and many pieces were donated by visitors or bought in shops in Malacca and Kuala Lumpur. The displays mix vintage toys with figures from Star Wars, Ultraman, Godzilla, Doraemon and Pokémon, so the collection reflects both local collecting habits and imported pop culture.

The museum occupies a single-storey bungalow in Bukit Baru, outside Melaka's old town, so allow for the drive from Jonker Walk, where it first opened. Look for the Hulk figure above the main entrance to identify the building. The galleries are indoors and compact, with over 10,000 objects to see.
