Jumeirah Beach, White sand beach in Jumeirah, United Arab Emirates

Jumeirah Beach is a white sand beach named after Dubai's Jumeirah district, on the Persian Gulf coast of the United Arab Emirates. It runs south from the historic district past the junction with The Palm Jumeirah and ends between Jumeirah Beach Residence and the port facilities at Jebel Ali. Its frontage holds large hotels and resorts, among them the Burj Al Arab, the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Wild Wadi Water Park and the Madinat Jumeirah complex.

Jumeirah Beach takes its name from the Jumeirah district of Dubai and runs along the Persian Gulf coast south of the city's historic district. It reaches the junction with The Palm Jumeirah and ends between the southern end of Jumeirah Beach Residence, next to Dubai Marina, and the port facilities at Jebel Ali. Its frontage now holds large hotels, resorts and housing developments, among them the Burj Al Arab, Wild Wadi Water Park, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the Madinat Jumeirah complex.

Jumeirah Beach takes its name from the Jumeirah district of Dubai, which it borders along the Persian Gulf. The beachfront is built up with large hotels and resorts, among them the Burj Al Arab, the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Wild Wadi Water Park and the old-style Madinat Jumeirah hotel and shopping complex. The districts of Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim and Al Sufouh line the shore.

Access is available through several entry points along Jumeirah Road, where parking and lifeguards are provided. Those arriving early in the morning or at sunset usually find fewer visitors and more comfortable temperatures.

A 16-kilometer cycling path runs parallel to the coast and connects Jumeirah Street with King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud Street. The route allows continuous tours along the sea without having to leave the main roads.
