Surb Gevorg Church

Surb Gevorg Church is an Armenian church in Yerevan built with traditional brick walls and a foundation of polished stone blocks. The interior and exterior structures display characteristic features of Armenian architecture with carefully selected materials.

The church originates from a period when medieval Armenian architecture flourished with inscribed stones featuring cross symbols built into its walls. These design elements, particularly on the north side, reflect centuries of preserved building traditions.
