Torre Centenario

Torre Centenario is an office tower in Santiago's business district featuring 31 floors above ground and 5 underground levels. The structure rises to 112 meters and houses multiple companies and organizations.

The building was completed around 2000 and marked an important milestone in Santiago's modern business development. Its completion coincided with the new century and contributed to the renewal of the business district.

The structure represents the collaboration between Chilean architectural firm Alemparte, Barreda y Asociados and engineering expertise from Rene Lagos Engineers.

The tower is centrally located in the business district and easy to reach. Visitors should note that this is an active office building, so access may be restricted to certain areas.

The building was specifically designed to withstand the strong earthquakes common in this region. The modern engineering solutions allow the structure to resist the seismic activity typical of Chilean geography.
