Torre Elysée, High-rise building in Nueva Córdoba, Argentina.

Torre Elysée is a high-rise in Nueva Córdoba with 24 floors and a height of 80 meters. The complex comprises three towers with a total of 22,000 square meters of residential space and offers apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms.

The project was built on the site of the former Casa Giratoria, which was relocated to the Industry Museum in 2004. The construction marked a turning point in the neighborhood's development and the reshaping of urban space in Nueva Córdoba.

The French-inspired design echoes the mansions and public buildings of central Córdoba built on French architectural models. The complex is residential, with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across three towers, and residents can reach services from laundry to gourmet cooking by phone.

Torre Elysée is a private residential complex; the three towers, pool, gym and Club House are for owners and residents, not open to visitors. The entrance is on the corner of Paraná and San Lorenzo streets in Nueva Córdoba, and the 22,000 m² of covered space are reached from that corner.

The three towers together enclose 22,000 m² of covered floor space, divided into one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The complex was developed by Grupo Regam, a real-estate investment firm, and officially inaugurated on 25 October 2007.
