The residence received heritage protection status in 1991, forming part of a larger architectural complex that documents São Paulo's transformation through immigrant entrepreneurship.
The property maintains its original facades and volumetry but remains closed to public visits, with a caretaker supervising the premises.
The interior features noble materials including peroba wood finishes, ornate columns, cornices, and large windows designed for natural illumination throughout the building.
