The Malta & Guedes architectural firm designed this mansion in 1924 for Lebanese immigrant Michel Assad, who arrived in Brazil at age 16 in 1901.
The interior displays classical columns, arches, ornate ceilings, and decorated walls, representing the architectural preferences of successful Lebanese immigrants in São Paulo.
Located at 1055 Costa Aguiar Street, this protected heritage building maintains its original structure and currently serves as corporate offices.
The residence shares architectural similarities with neighboring mansions owned by the Jafet family, as Michel Assad was Benjamin Jafet's brother-in-law.
