Figueira Altos do Tatuapé is a 168.2 m residential tower with 52 floors on Rua Itapeti in the Tatuapé district of São Paulo's Eastern Zone. Its front facade is a dense grid of small pale balconies, while one flank carries a dark blue vertical band crossed by white horizontal stripes; a small penthouse block tops the flat roof. Construction ran from 2017 to its inauguration in September 2021.

Construction began in 2017 under Porte Engenharia e Urbanismo and took about four years; the tower opened in September 2021 on Rua Itapeti. At 168.2 m and 52 floors it became the tallest residential building in São Paulo and the 13th tallest in Brazil. About 2.1 km away, the mixed-use Platina 220 (172 m) was inaugurated in the same district.

The name Figueira Altos do Tatuapé combines the Portuguese word for fig tree with the district name. The tower stands on Rua Itapeti, about 2.1 km from the mixed-use Platina 220, which at 172 metres became São Paulo's tallest skyscraper; the two towers together mark the eastern zone's recent vertical growth.

The building features biometric elevators for accessing parking areas, enabling comfortable and secure movement within the structure. Keep in mind this is a private residential building, so entry is restricted to residents and authorized visitors.

The biometric elevators take 50 seconds to reach the top floor, and the automated irrigation system draws on harvested rainwater. About 2.1 km away stands the Platina 220, at 172 m the tallest skyscraper in São Paulo, completed around the same time.
