Figueira Altos do Tatuapé

Figueira Altos do Tatuapé is a residential skyscraper in São Paulo's Tatuapé district that rises 168 meters across 52 floors. The building contains 48 apartments, each occupying an entire floor and measuring 337 square meters with dedicated parking spaces.

Construction started in 2017 by Porte Engenharia e Urbanismo, marking a major period of vertical expansion in São Paulo's eastern zone. The project was completed during an era defined by intense high-rise development throughout the region.

The building represents how Tatuapé transformed from a traditional residential neighborhood into a modern urban center with high-rise developments. This change is visible throughout the area, where older and newer structures now exist side by side.

The building features biometric elevators for accessing parking areas, enabling comfortable and secure movement within the structure. Keep in mind this is a private residential building, so entry is restricted to residents and authorized visitors.

The building offers 270-degree views of São Paulo's urban horizon from its upper floors, providing a remarkable vantage point across the rapidly developing region. This panoramic perspective reveals how the eastern zone continues to transform year by year.
