Parish Church of Our Lady of Good Success, Colonial Portuguese church in Caeté, Brazil

The Parish Church of Our Lady of Good Success is a church in Caeté with stone walls, two towers, and decorative elements following Portuguese colonial design. The interior displays religious furnishings and ornamental details that reflect the craftsmanship traditions of the colonial period.

Designed in the first half of the 18th century, the church is attributed to Antônio Gonçalves da Silva Bracarena, though a period account credits the design to Manuel Francisco Lisboa and the execution to Bracarena. It is one of the forerunners of the rococo style in Minas Gerais. The young Aleijadinho worked on its construction and decoration as an apprentice, and some of the angels are attributed to him.
