Itapaci

Itapaci is a municipality in northern Goiás, Brazil. It sits across an area with elevations around 615 meters and is reached from surrounding towns through a major road connection.

The settlement began in the 1920s on former ranching land, when a landowner donated ground for a new community. This origin on ranch property shaped the region's early growth.

The town hosts a local music school where students learn and develop their artistic skills. Such institutions shape how the community gathers and give the place its own character.

The town connects to nearby regions through Highway GO-080, which offers direct routes to surrounding places. The state capital is at a greater distance but is reachable using this road.

The region holds various mineral treasures such as mica, crystal, and asbestos along with gold deposits that play a role in the local economy. Extensive hardwood forests add to these natural resources.
