Agrestina

Agrestina is a municipality in the hilly interior of Pernambuco in northeastern Brazil. Rivers and seasonal streams flow through the region, shaping how the landscape appears from different vantage points.

The settlement began in 1884 under a different name and remained connected to nearby districts for decades. It became an independent municipality in 1928 after transitioning through administrative changes.
