Brookfield Place

Brookfield Place is a 46-story office tower in Perth with a distinctive offset core and extensive glass paneling across its facade. The structure extends both above and below ground, providing spacious office areas designed for large organizations.

The project began in the early months of 2008 as a major development undertaking for the city. The construction incorporated four heritage buildings that originally belonged to a newspaper company and dated back to 1910.

The building serves as a meeting point for the community through regular events and gatherings held throughout the year. People come together here for activities that bring the city to life and create connections beyond just commerce.

The building has numerous elevators distributed across its different levels, making it easy to move around inside. An elevated walkway connects it to nearby transport links, so visitors can easily access public transit options.

A major international mining company leases a substantial portion of the building, making it one of the largest office leases in the city. This occupancy has made the building a significant hub for the region's economy.
