Brookfield Place, Commercial skyscraper in Perth, Australia
The 46-floor Brookfield Place tower encompasses 71,000 square meters of office space, featuring a distinctive offset core structure and large glass panels across its exterior.
Construction of the A$500 million development started in April 2008 and integrated four heritage buildings from the Newspaper House Group dating back to 1910.
The complex maintains connections to local community through regular events, including the Annual Wheelchair Basketball Challenge in collaboration with Rebound WA each December.
The building contains 28 elevators across its 46 above-ground and 4 underground levels, while connecting to Elizabeth Quay transport stations via an elevated walkway.
BHP occupies 60,000 square meters of the building, marking one of the largest office lease agreements in Perth's commercial property history.
