Science and Technology Demonstration Center Museum

The center features 450 interactive exhibits across 24,000 square meters of space, including virtual reality stations, augmented reality displays, and a Jurassic garden.

Minister of Research and Technology B.J. Habibie initiated the museum project in 1984, leading to its first opening in 1991 in a temporary building.

The institution serves as an educational center where Indonesian students from kindergarten through high school engage with scientific principles through hands-on experiments.

The museum opens Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and weekends from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an entrance fee of 27,500 rupiah.

Visitors can experience scientific phenomena through interactive exhibits like the Van de Graaff generator, earthquake simulator, and suspended cable bicycle demonstrations.
