Westpac House

Westpac House is a tall office building with 31 floors located on King William Street in Adelaide. The structure rises to about 132 meters and features black walnut paneling and brass accents, particularly visible in the recently renovated lobby area.

The building opened in 1988 as the State Bank Building and held the title of Adelaide's tallest structure for decades. It changed hands and names several times before becoming known as Westpac House.

The building's windows light up in festive patterns during certain seasons, becoming a recognizable part of Adelaide's visual landscape. People in the city have come to notice and appreciate these seasonal displays as they change throughout the year.

The building sits in the city center and is easy to reach on foot from nearby areas. While it houses private offices, the lobby area is open to the public for viewing.

The building features a digital sign system that changes colors, replacing an older static red logo. This makes the structure a more dynamic part of the city's skyline.
