115 King William Street, Modern office building in Adelaide, Australia.
The 115 King William Street building rises 91 meters with its antenna spire and contains 26 floors of commercial spaces in central Adelaide.
The Development Assessment Commission initially approved construction for 16 floors in 2010, later modifying the plan to include 26 floors by 2015.
The building stands on a site that transformed from a nineteenth-century solicitor residence to Commercial Union Chambers before becoming the current structure.
The structure provides flexible workspace solutions with private offices and meeting rooms, situated between Waymouth and Currie streets for optimal accessibility.
The construction, completed in 2016 by Synergy Construct under Dash Architects' design, ranks as Adelaide's sixth tallest building.
