SkyCity Adelaide operates within the heritage railway station building on North Terrace, featuring 90 gaming tables and 950 gaming machines across 129,000 square feet.
The casino started operations on December 12, 1985, under the state Lotteries Commission before transferring to SkyCity Entertainment Group ownership in June 2000.
The venue incorporates local artistry through hand-crafted glass light pendants and maintains multiple restaurants, including Sean's Kitchen and Sôl Rooftop.
The facility employs over 1100 staff members, making it South Australia's tenth largest employer while contributing $41 million in taxes and charges.
EOS by SkyCity opened in 2021 as part of a $330 million development project, adding 120 hotel rooms to the entertainment complex.
