Telstra House, High-rise building in central business district, Adelaide, Australia.
Telstra House features a total of 24 floors and reaches a height of 104 meters, forming part of Adelaide's central business district skyline.
The construction of Telstra House began in 1984 and upon completion in 1987, it held the position of Adelaide's tallest building until 1988.
The building represents the architectural evolution of Adelaide during the 1980s, designed by Woods Bagot to meet the growing demands of commercial spaces.
Located at 30 Pirie Street, the building underwent extensive refurbishment in 2019 to modernize its facilities and enhance its commercial appeal.
Quintessential acquired the property for 73 million dollars in December 2022, leading to its rebranding as 30 Pirie Street.
