Victoria Point, Residential skyscraper in Docklands, Melbourne, Australia

Victoria Point is a residential tower in Melbourne's Docklands district containing 447 apartments spread across 42 floors. The building also houses the Melbourne headquarters of Bendigo Bank and 115 Quest serviced apartments, mixing private homes with commercial and hotel-style spaces.

Construction of this residential tower began in 2003 and finished in 2005, coinciding with major redevelopment of Melbourne's former dock area. The project marked the transformation of an industrial waterfront into a mixed-use residential and commercial neighborhood.

The building represents the shift toward vertical residential living in Melbourne, reflecting the city's evolution into Australia's center for high-rise architecture.

The building sits in the Docklands waterfront area with good public transport connections nearby. Visitors should note that it is private property with limited public access to the interior spaces beyond the ground floor.

The building served as a filming location for episodes 12 and 13 of the Australian television series Underbelly. This appearance helped bring the local area into the country's popular culture.
