Premier Tower is a mixed-use high-rise building located at Bourke and Spencer Streets in Melbourne, standing 246 meters tall with 78 floors. The tower combines residential apartments, hotel rooms, and shared facilities such as fitness centers across a unified structure.

Elenberg Fraser first proposed a 294-metre, 90-storey tower in 2014. To avoid casting a shadow on the Yarra River to the south, the height and level count were cut in later plans. In May 2015 Planning Minister Richard Wynne approved a 246-metre, 78-level residential and hotel skyscraper, developed by Fragrance Group Limited at a cost of AUD$430 million. Early construction began in January 2017, and the tower was completed in 2021.

Elenberg Fraser said the tower's curved form pays homage to Beyoncé's fabric-draped silhouette in the music video for her 2013 song "Ghost", which traced the curves of the human form. Look at the facade for those draped, bending lines.

Premier Tower occupies the corner of Bourke and Spencer Streets in Melbourne's central business district, on the western edge near Southern Cross Station. The tower is a mixed residential and hotel building, so interior floors are not open to the general public; visitors see it from the surrounding streets. Construction began in January 2017 and was completed in 2021.

The building employs computational design methods to create a facade that manages both structural demands and wind conditions. This technical approach enables the distinctive curved form that makes the structure visually notable within Melbourne's skyline.
