Cape Conran Coastal Park

Cape Conran Coastal Park spans 11,700 hectares of diverse landscapes, including sandy beaches, woodlands, heathlands, and rocky coastal cliffs along Victoria's eastern shore.

Parks Victoria established this protected area in June 1997 to safeguard the natural environment and maintain the ecological balance of East Gippsland's coastal region.

The East Cape Boardwalk presents interpretive displays about the Aboriginal heritage of the land, connecting visitors with the traditions of its Traditional Owners.

The park provides multiple camping areas, such as Banksia Bluff, Bemm River, and Pearl Point, equipped with basic facilities including toilets and bush showers.

From May to October, visitors can observe migrating whales and spot local wildlife including Lace Monitors, Southern Brown Bandicoots, and Long-nosed Potoroos.
