Suncorp Place is an office tower at 259 George Street in Sydney, completed in 1982 to designs by Joseland & Gilling. It rises 42 levels to the roof, 182 metres, with a rooftop structure bringing the total to 193 metres. Its column-free floors have floor-to-ceiling glazing facing Sydney Harbour and the central business district.

The tower was originally built as the Qantas International Centre, and construction stretched over nearly a decade due to interruptions along the way. It was completed in the early 1980s, at a time when Sydney was actively reshaping its downtown skyline.

The tower's names track its tenants: Qantas International Centre, then AAP Centre, then Suncorp Place from 2005 when Suncorp took naming rights for 15 floors. In 2018 IBM became anchor tenant with naming rights over seven floors. The 2015 lobby refurbishment added full concierge service.

The building sits at the heart of the central business district and is easy to reach on foot from nearby train and bus stops. Since it operates as a private office tower, public access is limited to the entrance areas on the ground floor.

The office floors were designed without any internal load-bearing columns, which was technically unusual for a tower of this size at the time. This meant that each floor could be arranged in almost any configuration, giving tenants a degree of flexibility that was rare in the 1980s.
