Latitude, Office building in Sydney CBD, Australia.

Latitude is a high-rise building that reaches 222 meters tall and contains 51 floors of office space at the corner of George and Goulburn Streets. The tower is equipped with 15 elevators and houses multiple businesses in its spaces.

The building was completed in December 2004 and stands on the site of the former Anthony Hordern & Sons department store, which operated from 1905 to 1966. The new structure marks a shift in how this part of the business district developed.

The tower is part of the World Square complex, which brings together offices, retail shops, and restaurants in Sydney's business district. The spaces inside are used daily by workers and visitors who move between the different parts of the development.

The building is easy to reach for visitors meeting business tenants and is located in a central area with good transportation links. The surroundings offer parking and public transport options, making arrival straightforward.

The complex connects the high-rise section to lower office areas through a network of internal pathways and passages. These hidden routes let visitors move through the site without always stepping outside to the street.
