Leichhardt Town Hall, Victorian Italianate civic building in Norton Street, Sydney, Australia.
The two-story Leichhardt Town Hall features high ornate ceilings, heritage color decorations, and a clock tower at its center.
Construction began in January 1888 with a foundation stone ceremony by Mayoress Moore, and Governor Lord Carrington inaugurated it in September 1888.
The building served as the administrative center for Leichhardt Municipal Council from 1888 to 2016 before becoming part of Inner West Council.
The venue offers a 273-square-meter main hall with a 68-square-meter stage, accommodating 300 people in theater style or 220 for banquet arrangements.
The clock in the tower was installed in 1897 to mark Queen Victoria's 60-year reign, with a special unveiling by Mayoress Cropley.
