The development began in 2017 on the former Sydney Water Board tower site, transforming the location into the tallest residential building in Sydney by 2021.
The building numbering system excludes floors containing the number four, reflecting consideration for Chinese cultural preferences in its architectural planning.
The structure contains 470 residential apartments and six penthouses across 67 levels, with two basement floors and vertical transportation by KONE elevators.
The development incorporated the heritage Metropolitan Water building into a five-star hotel while maintaining its original Art Deco characteristics.
