Brisbane Water National Park

Brisbane Water National Park spans 12,000 hectares of diverse landscapes, including sandstone cliffs, rainforest patches, and eucalyptus woodlands across the Central Coast region.

The parkland contains numerous Aboriginal rock engravings that demonstrate the continuous presence of Indigenous peoples in this region for thousands of years.

The Gosford Glyphs within the park feature 300 rock carvings depicting various symbols, which sparked discussions about possible ancient connections between Australia and Egypt.

Entry fees of 8 Australian dollars per vehicle per day can be paid through automated machines or mobile applications at designated parking areas.

The park houses rare wildlife species including koalas, pelicans, and platypus, while spring brings displays of native waratahs and scribbly gum trees.
